We are looking for a Superintendent to join our team and take on a key role in our construction management firm. As a Superintendent, you will be managing construction projects from planning to completion, utilizing Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCadd, Revit, and Prolog. You will have responsibility for the development and execution of plans, as well as the coordination of resources and personnel. The Superintendent is responsible for reviewing schedules, monitoring on-site processes and procedures, and provides project management and technical support. This is a a long-term project in which you will be managing the interior renovations of a government building. The ideal candidate will have experience working with occupied renovations and building construction projects. There is both a day shift and night shift available.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- 4+ years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years of construction experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCadd, Revit, and Prolog
- Experience reviewing design documents
- Experience with reviewing cost and schedule estimates
Bonus Skills:
- Experience managing Federal Government Construction projects
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
