Join an Industry Leader as their Senior Project Manager to coordinate assigned projects from start to completion, ensuing company resources are utilized appropriately, identify and analyzes project requirements, define project scope with attention to customer requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
Identify/analyze project requirements, defines project scope, and deliverables with attention to customer requirements.
Manage project status reports, create/coordinate project schedules, identify/resolves technical problems.
Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously ranging from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000.
Coordinate schedules and manages weekly project meetings.
Coordinate project activities, ensuring all project phases are documented correctly.
Prepare and maintain a budget for each project.
Monitor material acquisition, outside purchases and installations.
An ideal candidate will have
REQUIRED- Bachelors Degree - Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, associate Construction Management or Construction Technology
Expediting License
8+ years General Construction Large projects & Management, Materials Handling, Structural Steel or Steel Racks
Knowledgeable of material handling and warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures
Structural Steel or Steel Racking a HUGE plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with other trades on a project site
Ability to travel up to 30% which is deemed necessary to maintain project schedule
