Are you are a Senior Project Manager for BAS Automated Solutions who enjoys successfully completing projects from inception to completion including planning and executing projects, managing project teams and resources, managing budget and scope, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. An ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery of projects
Manage project teams and resources
Manage budget and scope
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve any electronic circuitry
Manage project progress and performance
Provide reports on project progress to stakeholders
Forecasting Costs for each project and tracking overtime
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of project management experience, building automated systems for commerical or construction
Higher Level Project Managers are encouraged to apply
Configure and debug basic BAS Program logic
Experience with BAS programming
Tridium/Niagara Framework a plus
Basic AC Power 120VAC or greater
Electric/Electronic Circuitry troubleshooting
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
