Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
-Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the activities and operations of construction projects
-Monitor project progress and adapt work as necessary to ensure project completion on time and within budget
-Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are adhered to during the construction process
-Coordinate and liaise with the project stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project
-Monitor and report on the progress of each project and take corrective action as needed
-Track project costs and performance metrics and analyze variances
-Prepare and present project status and progress reports to the stakeholders
-Perform risk analysis to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
-Ensure that all project deliverables meet the specified requirements
-Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the course of the project
Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
-Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices
-Excellent knowledge of safety control and regulations
-Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
-Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.)
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
