Job Salary: $140-165k (Potential to go higher based on experience)

We are a well-respected real estate services company located throughout Texas that provides property/asset management, general brokerage, and development services to our clients. Due to our growing client base, we are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have significant experience with commercial retail spaces, real estate, asset management, sales, and leasing negotiation.
If you have experience with shopping centers, it will be highly preferred.
If you are an Asset Manager with commercial retail experience, please read on!
- Visit properties to inspect conditions of the space and determine adherence to lease agreement
- Monitor critical dates related to your portfolio
- Direct the leasing and operation of any retail portfolio locations
- Track the financial health of assigned retail locations
- Review and prepare contracts, leases, amendments, budgets, monthly reports, and other legal documents
