Job Title: Commercial Property Manager
Job Location: New Orleans, LA (On-site with high flexibility)
Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000
Requirements: 2+ years in Class A/B commercial property management

The ideal candidate will be an effective and eloquent communicator, have high professionalism, and prior experience managing class A-B commercial properties.

As one of our Commercial Property Managers, you will be managing a 1-2M sqft. portfolio of commercial properties. You will interface with property owners, company executives, tenants, and operational teams to ultimately better the property investment. This includes managing renovation and repair projects, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance.
Must Have Skills:
- 2+ years in Class A/B commercial property management
Pluses (Not required):
- 5+ years of progressive Class A/B commercial property management
